The Skinny had an article a couple of weeks ago which showed a necklace on sale having the affirmation “No excuses!” This comes quite close to the heart with me, as last year I bought a necklace from Nomination for the same reason. The affirmation on mine says, “Freedom,” which has a personal meaning of making sure I know I have a choice, with everything I do. The necklace is that of handcuffs cuffed together linking the chain together.
For example, I can choose to let people affect me, I can choose to lose weight, I can choose to be happy. In the end, it’s my choice, what I do, how I feel and how I behave.
