They add way too much brown sugar and sometimes even add an extra layer of melted brown sugar on top.

Homemade Baked Tortillas with juicy Mango Dip
Tortillas - One of the crunchiest snack I have ever tasted. I love the taste, but when its a fried item, it does make me feel guilty. Not that I am dieting and all, I am now a days very health conscious. When I saw these lovely, crispy, crunchy tortillas prepared at home by my dear friend Zlamushka of Zlamushka's spicy kitchen, I was really happy. Now I know a way to prepare them in my kitchen with

      Baked cod fish recipes
When it comes to cooking I have a simple motto that goes something like this - "the simpler the recipe the less mistakes I can make." Fortunately when cooking fish there are hundreds of simple recipes that even I can't get wrong. Fish also has the added benefit of being very quick to cook and if you add to that the health benefits of fish oils, protein and low saturated fat content it makes sense

I wouldn't get used to as many food posts as you will see this week on a regular basis. Baked Tilapia with Onions, Peppers, Olives, and Feta
This was a recipe I created when I first started my blog. After I'd lost weight on the South Beach Diet, people started asking me for recipes and for months I sent them out on an e-mail list. As more and more people asked to join the list, my brother convinced me to start a blog, and Kalyn's Kitchen was born when I posted about 20 recipes in a couple of days time. Baked Ling Cod with Lemon-Garlic Butter Sauce Recipe
Have you ever seen a ling cod? They are almost primeval looking - huge, gaping mouths with sharp teeth. As with any fish, the most important factor for how good it tastes is its freshness. I picked up this fillet at Whole Foods (they usually have a good selection of fresh fish) where they told me that the ling cod had just come in that morning. With the lemon-garlic butter sauce it was divine.
