      Spring Fashion Trend: Beaded Collars
Anything that helps us get dressed quickly and look effortlessly put-together is a big winner in our book, which is why we're loving the idea of beaded collars. Forget the struggle of finding the right accessories: With an embellished neckline, there's no need for a necklace, earrings become optional, and at the very most, all you need to dress your wrists is a bangle or two. (Hey, that's less money spent on baubles, too, right?) Tunics, tanks and dresses all benefit from beaded collars. Tribal-inspired wooden beads look casually chic for day; dainty pearl embellishments add the perfect touch for a night out. As far as we're concerned, it's full bead ahead with this very wearable trend. Click the pics for product details...

Under the collar, whenever the NYSE Composite Index rises or falls a certain amount during the trading day -- in the current quarter, the trigger level is 190 points -- it means that all index-arbitrage orders must be

Dog Training Collars Helps In Teaching The Dog To Behave In A Proper Manner
By: Roland Parris Jefferson III Using dog training collars is fraught with a fair bit of controversy as far as training methods is concerned since the electronic dog collars used to train dogs give the dog shocks to teach it to behave in an appropriate manner. This is something that has raised a storm with many people considering it to be an inhumane as well as cruel method, though there is others equally opposed to these objections citing the fact that these dog training collars are very effective in training their pets.Modern Collars Can Control As Well As Lessen The Shocks They Give To The DogTo control the storm of objections raised by many, modern electronic dog training collars have been made that give lesser amounts of shock while also making it possible to lessen the shock by changing the settings which will ensure that the sensation will be discomforting to the dog but will not cause it any pain. There is little doubt that the dog training collar helps in teaching the pet corre

      Collars
Do your dogs wear collars on a daily basis? If so, what kind? When I was a dumb kid I had Kip in a metal choke all the time. I didn’t know they could be dangerous. When I found that out, when he was probably about 10 or so, I put him in a buckle collar. Angel wears a martingale because she can slip a collar very easy. Lucy wears a really super pretty buckle collar that Jen made.. I need a picture of it. Chase wears his buckle collar from dog camp, and Levi doesn’t usually wear a collar. Because, we’ll, he’s so handsome I hate to give him a collar line. He has one from dog camp, too, though. Lucy and Angel have tags. Chase and Levi don’t, because I do so much agility with them and tags are not allowed that they are not on their collars. What type of collars do your dogs wear?

      Collies and Collars
I recently helped rehome a friend’s sweet smooth collie boy into a new home. I think he’s going to be super happy there, get a lot of attention, and maybe even get to do some Rally-O. I hope so. He already knows most of the stations and just needs to be trained off leash a bit. His new family wants a new collar for him, and a friend of mine recommended a martingale. What kind of collar do you use for your collie? A collies’ head is generally more narrow than his neck. Which means any type of collar can just slip off over his head. One type of collar that is really good for a collie who has learned the slipping-the-collar trick is a martingale. If you Google Martingale Collar, you’ll find a bunch of examples. I would post some here but there are too many. There are some gorgeous ones. You might want to Google Martingale Collar Greyhound, as sight hounds often wear them. Even the small Italian Greyhounds wear them, and these dogs are nice and little and you

      Martingale Collars
Martingale collars, or greyhound collars, were designed for dogs whose necks are larger than their heads (usually sighthounds). These are great for people who prefer the gentle control of a martingale over a choke chain, dogs who backout of their traditional buckle collars, and agility and flyball trainers who want a handle on their dog’s collar at all times. A martingale collar is fitted to the exact size of the dog’s neck when the collar is in the closed position. Properly fitted, the collar will be comfortably loose when not in use. When the martingale loop is pulled, the collar should be very snug but should not constrict the airway. The collar is safe to wear everyday. Two of my favorite places to get martingale collars are http://www.2houndsdesign.com and http://www.furrybabyfashions.com. Here is Bruno in his collar from 2houndsdesign. The thing hanging from the collar is called a tag bag.  These are great if you do not like the clinking of all of the tags ar

Option Collars - Low-Risk, Low-Cost, Market Perform Trading Strategy
This trading strategy is very similar to the Put Option Dividend Strategy, but this strategy can be applied to stocks that don’t pay dividends, which provides some versatility and diversification. It would also keep transaction costs low as opposed to the Put Option Dividend Strategy with Covered Calls Strategy, which requires more options to be sold instead of one long-term option. The ideal situation would be to combine the two approaches into companies that you feel are fundamentally sound, and you will have a market-beating, low risk portfolio of stocks that generate returns greater than or equal to the market. The stock I would like to use as an example of this strategy is Google (GOOG). While the ability of you or I to purchase 100 shares of Google may be extremely limited because of its current trading price of $452.96 for a total cost of $45,296.00, it does represent a prime example of this type of strategy. Today (March 9, 2007) we purchased the following position: T
