IFBB Pro Jay Cutler has settled a lawsuit claiming a nutritional supplement company used his image without permission.The terms of Cutler's settlement with Omaha, Nebraska-based NDS Nutritional Products Inc. were not revealed in court papers released Monday. The 34-year-old Las Vegas resident filed suit in July 2006 in Los Angeles Superior Court claiming misappropriation of image and likeness, invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment. It claimed NDS used an image based on a photograph of Cutler, the reigning IFBB Mr. Olympia, taken at a bodybuilding contest and placed it on its products without paying him or getting his permission. The MRI on Denver Broncos QB Jay Cutler’s leg was negative, revealing no stress fracture of the fibula, according to HC Mike Shanahan. Shanahan said that Cutler is a little sore, and that he would see what the quarterback can do at Wednesday’s practice. Right now he’s quite sore, and we’ll see how he feels on Wednesday. Well, here we have it, Jay Cutler is now the two time Mr. Olympia. The official results were:1- Jay Cutler2- Victor Martinez3- Dexter Jackson4- Ronnie Coleman5- Dennis Wolf6- Melvin Anthony It is quite surprising for Ronnie Coleman to come only 4. Nobody really expected it while people did like Victor Martinez and always placed him 3rd in the predictions. Dexter Jackson was also highlighted as a top 5 contender. Nobody really expected Ronnie would come fourth though. I though Jay Cutler would get first place, Ronnie Coleman second place and Victor Martinez third place at Mr. Olympia this year. Well, I was a little wrong, as were many of us. Anyhow, congratulations go to Jay Cutler for winning Mr. Olympia 2007. He also rumored that he will be retiring soon so let us wait and see on that as well. I will post more info as soon as it is available.

The Broncos have every intention of finishing this year with a Super Bowl parade in the streets of Denver. Cutler is a second-year quarterback with just five games and two victories filed under the category of NFL experience. Winning a Super Bowl with a second-year pro quarterback has been done before - twice in the past six years, in fact. Still, lugging around the bulk of such lofty aspirations must get heavy at times for a youngster who has yet to hear his first boo.

I bet a lot of you have thought about what it would be like to workout with a pro bodybuilder and even the big man himself - Jay Cutler. Well the only thing I really lifted was a camera but I did get to watch while Jay worked out with his lifting partners in the "Pit" at world famous Muscle Beach right on the boardwalk at the beach in Venice California.So let me tell you how this happened. I was at the Junior California NPC competition in Pasadena CA on Saturday. Jay was in town as the guest poser for this show along with his good buddy, IFBB Pro Derick Farnsworth. Well I got the phone call in the late afternoon that Jay was possibly going to come out to the "Pit" to workout and he would also be videotaped for his brand new DVD to be released at the end of July. A question that surrounds the Denver Broncos as they open training camp next month concerns the most important position on the club. What is that question? It probably sounds sounds something like this “What the heck are we going to do if something happens to starting QB Jay Cutler?” Now granted the Broncos coaching staff, players, and fans would rather not find out an answer to that question.
