I just went out to bring the dogs out for a last of the evening potty and brought the girls a carrot each. While the dogs were doing their night night business, I fed the carrots. Good night everyone! Been tired all day. We deliver plants at the People's Park here in Davao City. I'd just help Richard to unload and load the plants. People's Park now is so beautiful and attractive. THe place was safe and I could see the police guarding the vicinity from time to time. It is a free admission. My daughter Keisha enjoy the colorful fountains. I enjoy watching and admiring the big statue that was place inside the park and the creation of Kublai Milan. Hey yall, (been in the south for a week... Its contagious). We're here in Orlando, Florida, and we've finally had our first legitimate break on the tour. After a month of 15 hour drives, countless shows, and more than a few stories, we finally get a chance to catch our breath...Sort of.....Yesterday, the band rented out a rehersal space and had our first chance to revamp the set since.... Oh..... June.... We rehearsed two new songs, and Skeeter collaborated with Ely to bring some new tricks to some old songs. Everybody wants a goodnight sleep. After long hours of working, people tend to have a deep sleep. It is because when you don't sleep well, the body reacts slower than the usual and the capability to think clearly is lessened.
Sleeping problems can be a caused by various physical disorder and sometimes from the medicines taken. Most people are awake in the midnight because of panic attacks. These panic attacks (or nocturnal panic attacks) are caused of neurological mechanism which is still unexplainable these days.
There are people who experience nighttime panic attacks but still able to return back to sleep very easily. However, if nighttime panic attacks are activating your anxiety and depression which makes it harder for you to sleep again, consider the following:
* Have an index card near your bed. Put a title on it that says your nighttime panic attacks caused by neurological mechanism. Record every instances of an attack for reference.

I Love You, Goodnight! has become a staple at our house during the bedtime routine. I picked up this book one day a few weeks ago and since then, it has become my son’s favorite book. We read it together every single night. He giggles with delight when I read about how much I love him. Last night he even read it right back to me - almost word for word! It was the most precious thing ever. I completely melted!

I cannot concentrate for anything. I keep distracting myself with thoughts. Maybe I need to eat. I just feel like I’m lacking energy. I’m trying to do too many things at once. I guess today isn’t a day I should be using my brain too much. Well, now that I look at the clock, the day is practically over. I just feel like I haven’t accomplished much. Once Giuliani got involved, the investigation into Purdue Frederick slowed to a trickle. There is so much out there beyond the Goodnight Moon book for parents and kids. I know that I get bored with reading the same story over and over, although my kids never seem to mind!
I try to incorporate variety in our books and I rotate them from the bookshelf in the playroom, to their rooms often.
My son loves nature books, books about sea life, or dinosaurs. They are encyclopedias for kids. They are fascinated with those. We love
There is a monster at the end of this book and we always laugh at the silly poetry of Shel Silverstein.
I have my childhood favorites as well, that I cannot wait to introduce to my kids that I remember reading in kindergarten and first grade.

Be thankful I don't have a day job. As such, I had the rare privilege and pleasure to watch President Bush sweat and mumble incoherently while under fire from a suddenly vigorous press corps after announcing that Defense Secretary Rumsfeld will resign his position. It truly was a thing to marvel at, as all of a sudden the Washington reporters were calling Bush to task on his inconsistencies, none of the least being that he said a week ago that Rumsfeld was here to stay.
Please, if you missed it, be sure to find a tape of the press conference, Bush really appears to be blindsided by the Democratic avalanche, as if he never saw it coming. Once again, it proves that blind optimism is not a strategy, and we shouldn't expect our Commander in Chief to simply make decisions and hope things work out for the best.
Of course, the only problem with the Democrats taking over the House and seemingly the Senate is that the entire legislative arm is still entirely made up of those damn politici

Remember this post where I said I have an addictive personality? I've never been more aware of that than I have over the last few weeks. Even in this post, I came close to admitting it, but here it is:My name is Michelle, and I'm addicted to blogging. And I do mean that, even if it comes across as joking. I check my email 100 times a day in case someone has commented, and I constantly check my site meter to see who's been visiting. I spend too much time reading other people's blogs, writing new entries. It's taken over my life, and it needs to get better. Because for everytime I check my email and don't have new comments, or everytime I see that no one has visited my blog since I last checked, I feel like a failure.
