Hectic day today, up early to clean the house as my sister-in-law is coming to stay. Just a quick tidy round, ha ha. I only decided that it would be a good idea to clean the oven! What an idiot. Anyway several hours later the house is clean and so is the oven, you could eat your dinner off it it is so clean! The publishers are going mad for the book that I am working on, supposed to be fin
Hi everyone,

Being a student is not an easy job. It requires much of your time, effort and concentration. Sometimes we have to make a good balancing in our schedules because having so would limit much stress, and it is a good exercise for our mind. Students have so much sacrifices in life. A lot to consume in studying, so much library research, added by some confusions on formulas on Financial Manag
The rain was troubling me much last month, because of it I had to delay every jobs of mine. I even failed to attend two of my classes at AU PERS center. Those two classes covered array of pointers and structures, It was bad that I missed the classes on array of pointers which was an interesting and tough topic. However I hope I could get my doubts cleared on it. The upcoming week I have one week p

I tend to read a lot, everything from fiction through to autobiographies. Reading the success stories of many businesses it seems they have a commen thread, an individual with exceptional drive, energy and flair. Within our business that person is Arthur. Pictured below is this human dynamo at the recent ball we operated at in Bristol.
What happened is that Arthur was running a college event Fri
As you can see below, I made a lot of trades yesterday. This was in response to a severely declining market. The moves I made put me in a good position to make more money, however, it also put me in a position to lose more.I now own a lot more stock than I did previous to yesterday, and am on margin (that was not the case prior to yesterday). On the plus side, if the stocks I own rally, like I

So terribly sorry for not updating the cave frequently. I will be writing something by the end of this week, either later today or tomorrow. This is my absolute promise. Giving just a short update, have finally settled almost perfectly in singapore. Created my own bank account, got my billing cell number, access to the national library(which is damn huge) and other miscellaneous stuff.Still have living accommodation crisis, but am looking into it soon...hostel life is fun, but not for me...if I am to live in a hostel, it has to be a private room. Hopefully I will find a 3 Bedroom apartment, and 2 decent roo..housemates? The current roomie absolutely sucks.I have written around 4 pages giving details on what has happened so far, its still a bit incomplete though. I plan to finish it latest b

Samsung released its Anycall Hactic handset : for KRW 700,000, your touchscreen gets responsive when you use it.Good vibrations for Samsung, warmer feelings for LG : one handset is coated with silicon that feels like human skin (can you use Moto's Razr on that LG-SH240 ?), another displays interactively smart and supposedly energy saving light (the Touch Lighting Phone - KRW 600,000).LG Electronics, along with Casio, is also providing handsets for LG Telecom's cdma2000 1x EV - DO Rev . A service - branded OZ (unlimited data download for 6,000 won per month)... a tribute to the wizard or Korea's lightweight MNO ? Good luck to them - the HSPA bandwagon is long gone in Korea.By the way : KT teams up with another key Japanese player. After importing NTT DoCoMo's techno, they may export Korean
I came back from school on Thursday, tired and wanting to relax, when my mobile rings. Its my friend, asking me if I want to go out today. As helpless and tired as I am, I tell him I'll see if I can.You see, all my friends find life at home the most boring place to be. They actually have computers, Internet, satellite and usually even game consoles, but they can never make those things enjoyable.I only have a few things but find life at home perfectly perfect. After a few minutes, which was plenty of time for me to consider the twenty two million considerations I must put into mind before even thinking about the actual thoughts I would think about going out, the mobile rang again.I accepted, surrendering to the anxiety and jeer pleasure of staying at home, add to that the tiredness I had fro

I don't really know why life is this very hectic. I don't even have the time to check my mails, let alone blog. I know i am disappointing many out here, but there's no other go.The present semester is a very important one and i must get top grades to get placed in a good company.Sometimes i get pissed off but this will be so only for a few more months. It gives me great displeasure to let you all know that i can't blog here for a few months. Please understand that i am very busy.I hereby thank each and everyone who have stood by me thru such times. Thanks a ton, people!Like the post? Why don't you leave a comment?
This week has been so hectic. I haven’t even had a chance to write about my birthday, but when I catch up with things I will definately write all about it. I have tons of pictures. Some of the pictures I don’t even know when or where they were taken. Last night I stayed up until 5:30am working on my marketing plan, purchasing project, and spa cuisine project. Any project I do always needs to be a work of art and exceptional so I spend a lot of time on detail. They were luckily all handed in on time today.
The marketing presentation went very well. I was satisfied with our presentation and marketing plan we developed for Bentley’s Seafood and Grille. Snow Day is tomorrow and I am really looking forward to it. Sun Sentinel will be there so I am excited for all the events that will be occurring. Come by the pool between 5pm-8pm to check out all the neat events that will be happening.
Things have been a little wacky here. I fell off the NaBloPoMoFo wagon and I do not regret it. Well maybe a little…I just have no energy to stay on top of anything these days. My kids are in full winter madness mood. I will not let them run around outside like maniacs when it’s windy, rainy and cold out so they run around inside which makes for one grumpy mama.
We made an official offer on the house we want in Olney on Wednesday night. We went by the house one more time before signing the contract. I’m still in love and I can’t stop thinking about all the wonderful things we could do to that home. We haven’t heard back from the realtor yet on whether or not they accept our offer so Randy and I are anxious, excited and biting our nails to shreds just worrying about whether or not we’ll get it.
Woodrow of course keeps saying he does not want to leave mommy’s house but I’m sure with the wonderful new yard and all the square footage we&rsquo

Whew! It is getting hectic here. For the past couple of weeks I’ve been getting up for basketball at about 5:30-6:00 in the morning. The team starts individuals, a small version of practice with about four players, or conditions, then I go back to my room about 7:30. On Monday, Wensday, and Friday, I get to sleep for about an hour, but a lot of times its hard to go back to sleep since I’m already awake, then I’m in my Marketing class at 9:00. That class is so fun. I guess its also a little easier for me since I’ve grown up in a business so I was involved in marketing and talked to my Mom about marketing a lot. Then at 10:00, I’m in Spanish class which is very intresting. I’ve taken Spanish before so I get some of it. On Tuesday and Thursday I’m in Intro to Sports Management at 8:15, American History at 9:30 and Computer Applications at 11. Sports Management is a lot of fun. We talk about sports (obviously), but Professor Curtis makes it so fun when we do. American History
Now onwards, industrialists and real estate developers in Gujarat will not require bribing or running after the district collectors to get 11 different no-objection certificates (NOCs) to acquire the non-agricultural (NA) permission, documents necessary to buy land for non agriculture purpose.
It would now be a responsibility of district collectors to confine their activities to see if the title of land is clear after verifying the land records. They will also have to ensure that the land is not involved in any material pending legal proceedings. It should neither belong to the new tenure, under which landless and marginal farmers were given the land during the time of land reforms.
The move has been decided at a high level meeting in Gandhinagar. Also, a government resolution concerning the new procedure will be out soon, informs a senior official.
The required 11 NOCs will include the permission from the Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd, Gujarat Pollution Control Board, roads and buildin
We know that getting a good life insurance policy is a necessary item in our hectic lives. With the right policy you can be assured that your dependents will have some means of living until they have found a way of getting to their feet. The life insurance agents at these various companies will be able to help you out in all aspects of life insurance. As these individuals are highly trained you will have the opportunity of getting a really good deal on an insurance policy. To know more about the different types of life insurance such as term life, universal and variable insurance policies you will find lots of different brochures. As the information that is contained on these brochures is rather brief you will need to talk with one of the life insurance agents in the company that you are looking at.Since insurance companies deal with people and large corporations on a daily basis the life insurance agents need to be highly proficient at their jobs. The education that is received from un
I got my first taste of being super busy on Saturday with 6 meetings and I enjoyed it, I love going from one race to the next, quite a rush. Wow, I sound like an addicted gambler, lol. In terms of profit, it was reasonably good, I gained 9% of my bank. I couldn't help lay Zidane as I thought he was a hype horse and wasn't too suited to 6F but he plowed home nicely. I got stuck into several Godolphin horses that got turned over at fairly skinny odds.I've had a nice day off today except for a small back on Peace Offering in France. It was a shame to see Finsecial Beo lose but I'm sure she'll return to winning ways in the Irish 1,000 Guinea's. Not a lot else to report right now really so I'll end it here. I'll be back posting my lays on WBX tomorrow, I just didn't have time on Saturday. Roll on the 27th when I get back to Dubai!! This rain is miserable.John.

I've had a pretty hectic couple of days really, it's definitely dawning on me that I'm leaving Dubai in 4 days and I've done sod all, lol. Yesterday was pretty frustrating with the racing as soon as I was up I'd have a winner. My S/R has really dropped this month, around 78% this month which isn't good. I think I've highlighted a few things though and hopefully I can build on them. Today was better and I gained 3.5 points. Still had a few winners but managed to get a good early price about them as they drifted alarmingly which before the off I thought was great as generally speaking, drifters don't go onto win. It had Nick Millard working in overtime though saying never take a notice of drifters! Argh the man drives me nutty and as for the young Nick, where to start! He knows cock all about racing and needs shooting. The blog counter has stopped working or so I hope as it's been on the same number for 2 days or it could just be people are bored of this blog which wouldn't surp
Its been so busy for me lately that I almost forgot I even had a blog. Alas, all the non exam necessary stuff is coming back to me now, slowly and steadily. I've also gotta start working on my other projects, such as vista-news.com. Wow, I've neglected soo much stuff over the past few months. At least this semester I had only 2 exams, next semester its going to be 4... yikes! Luckily I have a bit more interesting subjects like computer engineering. Well, I'm not sure how interesting it really is, but we'll see how things turn out. Oh and I'll be doing some Java coding, so watch out for some fun-filled downloads over the course of the next few weeks. Oh and if there are any of you interested in writing about Vista then make sure to apply. Who knows, you could be the next new writing sensation :D . Speaking of Vista.. I'm pretty sure that not all of you have vista yet. So make sure you go check out my article on how to Make XP look like vista, which is going to be updat
I've been really busy lately, and have found myself gradually inching away from the classic 'Tech, Gadgets, Computers, Internet' theme that we have going on here. Nevertheless, I thought it fitting that I let you know why I've been so busy. Well yesterday, I was overcome by a flurry of homework to do, with teachers evidently wanting Christmas off. Today, I've been preparing for the BBC Radio Manchester interview, Skyping long lost Internet Marketers about new websites (which may I add, if I had the choice, I would have already reported on!) and completeing various Xbox 360 games that I'd completely forgotten about! And as a random aftertouch, here's how to setup your blog with Blogger (Part of the interiew).
Okay. Setting up a blog is easy as pie!

San Diego-based prog-fusion band Hectic Watermelon will be playing a CD release concert at San Diego State University on Dec 14th, with special guest Jerry Goodman on violin. Goodman played on Hectic Watermelon's recently released album "The Great American Road Trip". If you haven't heard this album yet, you'll definitely want to check it out. The writing is great - similar to the Dixie Dregs, only more progressive, and guitarist John Czajkowski is a great player. You can pick up the album at these locations:

Yes, it's been hectic forever, but it has been the most hectic these days. Under the bombarding of summative projects and tests, it has been really hard trying to find time to update. This must be longest time that I haven't updated. T.TSo tomorrow is the Mentor Day's project for Accounting, and I just realize that I lost my guideline. Yes, I know, I'm so smart. So now I'm guessing everything that I need and believe me, it's not working. Let's hope that it will work out. (It better work out, it's worth 5% of my total accounting average). So on top of that are also my two ISUs from Law and Economics. The Law one I haven't started yet, and the economics one is slowly getting done. Thank god that our teacher allowed us to work in partners. ^^ Well, I'm off to school at 7:30 tomorrow to pick up some stuff. It was just great that on the day that I'm away, I'm missing a major review in Math, a movie in Law, and a research period in Economics. One good thing about this
For those astute fellows out there who check on the blog on a fairly regular basis you may have noticed that there has been a distinct lack of pre/post paddling updates. Yes, sure there has been the standard post after a day's paddling, however, there hasn't been the banter in between these events. This is down to a number of reason, and all of these come down to one simple thing. The past three weeks has consisted of a series of events, which do not always occur in my life, meaning that it has felt like I have been constantly rushed and out of control.I'll start three weeks back and hopefully by putting down, in this post, what's been going on I may be able to clear my mind somewhat, basically the essence of what blogging is all about.Week Beginning 14th JanuaryMonday morning the car broke down on my dad whilst he was on his way to work. This, when you don't look to deeply into it is not such a big deal. It is, however, if the car is less than half-a-decade old and is stuck i
